This document describes the architecture and general technical requirements for the software being developed in Estonia as part of the European Genomic Data Infrastructure (GDI) project (2022-2026). The proposed architecture defines the general technical vision of a national GDI node. It is tailored for the needs of Estonia, which is aiming for a single national node solution.
